You can call us at 0499 496 100 or email service@merchantandgreen.com.au to discuss your preferred workshop, date, time and group size. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your date/time. Final guest numbers and final balance payment are due 7 days prior to your workshop date. We recommend booking at least 3–1 months in advance to secure your preferred date, though we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Workshops held in our studio can cater to groups of 6 to 30 guests in our studio. For on-location bookings, we can accommodate up to 100 participants, making them suitable for both small teams and larger corporate events.
You can reschedule for free up to 5 days before your class. If you need to reschedule with less than 5 days’ notice, a rebooking fee will apply. While we do not offer cancellations, we’re happy to assist with rescheduling whenever possible, subject to availability.
Our Redfern studio is at 686 Bourke Street, Redfern NSW 2016. Street parking is available nearby, and there is free 2-hour parking at Surry Hills Village Shopping Centre, just a 5-minute walk. For public transport, the Surry Hills Light Rail stop on Devonshire Street is about a 10-minute walk from the studio.
