At Merchant & Green, our aim is to help others feel cared for and make filling your home with fresh flowers or sending a thoughtful gift seamless. Can I pick a specific delivery time?

Standard delivery is between 9 – 5 pm, and we offer two 4-hour windows in our Sydney delivery zone: 10 am – 2 pm or 12 pm – 4 pm. To keep things moving smoothly and ensure everyone's order delivery is on time, we cannot guarantee a more specific time within the selected delivery timeframe.

Our goal is to ensure the gifting process is easy, so if you would like the items delivered at a particular time, please contact us, and we will do our very best to coordinate.

What if the recipient isn't home?

We deliver directly to the recipient and will never send our courier before getting in touch with them, which is why we ask that you provide us with their phone number to coordinate a time that best suits.

If the recipient is unavailable, our courier will bring your order back to our studio at a fee, and we'll reach out to schedule a second delivery attempt at an additional charge. Please note that due to our products' perishable nature, we ask that you place a new order if a third attempt becomes necessary. We send out fresh product for each delivery attempt, which we cannot resell due to our high-quality standards.

Can you leave it at the recipient's door?

Yes, we certainly can! However, the customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. Merchant & Green cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

Why do you need the recipient's phone number? I want this to be a surprise!

We love surprises too! It is a common misconception that our phone call ruins the surprise. It’s actually the fastest way to get the flowers into their hands! 

Please feel free to loop in a friend, co-worker, family member or roommate to help ensure the recipient receives the flowers in the way you have envisioned. Just include their name and contact info in the special instruction box when ordering.

How soon can my order be shipped?

If you order before noon Sydney time, we can typically deliver your order the same day, seven days per week, Monday through to Sunday. Sometimes we can even accommodate same-day delivery orders after noon. Please call 02 9319 1976 to discuss options. 

Please note that we cannot deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses; we must have a physical street address. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. We're happy to process a cancellation and refund as long as your order has not entered the prep process.

Same-day orders usually cannot be changed since they're processed immediately due to their urgent nature. Thank you for understanding!
