GETTING STARTED

Planning your dream wedding flowers starts here! Our tailored wedding consultation service is designed to bring your vision to life. We recommend beginning this process around six months before your big day to ensure everything is seamless.

Please note: Our bespoke wedding service requires a minimum spend of $3,000 (excluding GST and delivery). If you’re looking for a simpler option, our create Your Own Wedding Flower Package is a great alternative.

STEP ONE: LET’S CONNECT

Excited to have Merchant and Green design your wedding flowers? Fantastic! Start by filling out our wedding enquiry form below. Our team will review your request and confirm our availability within 7 business days. Please be aware that response times may vary during peak wedding seasons.

STEP TWO: SHARING YOUR VISION

Once we’ve confirmed availability, we’ll ask you for more details about your wedding style, venue, colour palette, and any must-have floral elements. Providing as much detail as possible at this stage allows us to craft an accurate quote. Please note that later changes to your design may result in additional costs.

STEP THREE: QUOTE & BOOKING

With your vision in mind, our team will create a detailed custom quote, breaking down costs based on your specific requests. Once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Please allow up to two weeks for this stage of the process.

STEP FOUR: FINAL PREPARATIONS

As your wedding day approaches, we’ll reconnect to confirm the final details—typically 4 weeks before the event. Behind the scenes, we’ll be carefully sourcing, preparing, and planning logistics to ensure every floral arrangement is flawless. Payment of the final balance is due 2 weeks before your event. From this point, you can relax while we handle all the intricate details.

STEP FIVE: YOUR WEDDING DAY

On the big day, we’ll be hard at work bringing your floral vision to life. From final quality checks to packaging, delivery, and on-site setup for your ceremony and reception, our team will ensure everything is perfect. After the celebrations, we’ll return to pack down any remaining florals—or, if you prefer, we can offer a wrapping service so your guests can take home a piece of your special day.
